It starts with our Ethos Orientation, including personal introductions to our leadership and operations teams, who provide incredible daily support, and lessons on what it means to be a Winner—our guiding principles, how we communicate, and how we work together to cultivate our unique community.

In our “best workplace” culture, we have our own way of communicating and building relationships. From your first conversation with one of our recruiters, you will hear words like “Winner,” “Happyologist,” and “ImpactPalooza.”
We communicate regularly and transparently, including monthly “town hall” calls to ensure everyone is up-to-speed on how we’ve been doing and where we’re heading. Teams give updates on their client projects and share their successes and lessons learned with the rest of the firm.

High Impact Awards are frequently given to Winners who go above and beyond. Anyone at Impact Advisors can nominate a teammate by sharing firm-wide the story of how that Winner created a positive impact. In addition to a small gift to honor their accomplishment, the HIA winner receives a wave of congratulatory messages from fellow team members.
We have fun.

Throughout the year, we find time to celebrate, connect and have fun. We organize health challenges for every fitness level, Fantasy Football leagues, and our ever-popular annual Pet Supermodel Contest.
Aptly named, “Impact Palooza” is the pinnacle event of the year, when our hard-working Winners and their families get together to celebrate in person and learn about the firm’s plans for the future. We also stay true to our mission to deliver a positive impact through team-building activities like building stuffed animals to donate to a local children’s hospital.
We measure to improve.

Measuring Winner satisfaction begins with a Happy Check at their 90-day anniversary and continues throughout their career with annual VIP (Value Interview Process) calls. These one-on-one calls gauge how Winners are feeling about work-life balance, professional growth, and support for their daily work. Hearing directly from Winners on what Impact Advisors can do to become a better firm is essential.

Book Club

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are prominent themes among the titles chosen for our BookWorm Club.
Through our Diversity & Inclusion Pro Bono Engagement Program, we help non-profit organizations committed to advancing diversity and inclusion within healthcare, such as providing free care to uninsured patients, promoting health equity at a broad level, or helping specific populations improve their health.
Most recently, Impact Advisors partnered with Gateway Foundation, a group dedicated to helping the underserved in their communities and correctional facilities battle substance use disorder. Gateway offers specific programs for adolescents, dual diagnosis (mental health disorders), and LGBTQ+ communities.

Winners Give Back
Individually, our Winners give back to their communities through volunteering and fundraising activities. Every Winner is encouraged to spend up to three workdays volunteering.
