Jeff leads the Enterprise Imaging practice and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 25 years of consulting experience focused exclusively on the healthcare provider market. His areas of expertise include leading complex enterprise imaging and digital health initiatives for a broad spectrum of health systems, academic institutions, community hospitals, children’s hospitals, physician practices and government entities. His core competencies include developing strategies and plans to grow enterprise imaging initiatives, program and project management to deploy and deliver large and complex technology-enabled enterprise medical imaging and advanced imaging technical solutions, optimization of technical and operational environments, performance improvement, and emerging solutions for greater efficiency.
