Her expertise focuses on designing and implementing care delivery models and positioning organizations to be high quality, low-cost providers.

Lily has extensive experience leading projects focused on care quality improvement, value-based care program optimization, and revenue cycle improvement with a focus on optimizing clinical throughput and access operations.
